Warehouse Agents are responsible for ensuring that warehouse operations and activities are performed in accordance with department and company expectations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to operating company vehicles, machinery, storing packages, materials, picking, packing, locating and scanning packages and orders. Good verbal communication skills and fluency in the English language are required.
Core Responsibilities:
• Sorting and organizing packages as they arrive to store location
• Performing periodic inventory checks
• Assisting with package transfers and deliveries as requested
• Operating company vehicles for pickups, deliveries, etc.
• Maintaining company vehicles (cleanliness, basic mechanical)
• Locating customer packages

compensation & Benefits
- $250/Week
- Earn bonuses equal to 12% of your base salary (based on performance)
- 2 weeks paid vacation per year
- Birthday off with full pay

REQUIREMENTS
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge and ability to use technology including computers, printers, scanners, handheld devices, etc
- Proven work experience as a warehouse worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid Bahamian driver’s license
- High School Diploma
- Clean Police Record
